Terms and Conditions iPhone

  1. This offer is only open to customers who order a new license copy of ACT! by Sage Products AND Services. Minimum software and support order value to qualify for this offer is €200 excluding VAT. 
  2. This limited offer cannot be used in conjunction or in exchange with other offers/pricing plans.  No cash alternative will be offered.
  3. Offer valid only on orders invoiced up to close of business on 31/12/10.
  4. A €15 + VAT delivery is a chargeable extra for Apple iPhone 3 G, if delivery is required.
  5. Your free iPhone 3 G  will only ship once full payment for your qualifying invoice of Software and Services has been cleared.  Your FREE iPhone 3G will be delivered within 28 days from payment clearing date provided no Sage software or associated service has been cancelled, returned or refunded.
  6. This is a limited time offer and Accountstech Solutions Ltd reserves the right to retract or amend this offer without notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control or at our discretion.
  7. It is your responsibility to check the goods (both Hardware and Sage branded goods) on delivery. After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.
  8. You get the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty in respect of all the hardware Accountstech Solutions Ltd provides under this offer. Accountstech Solutions Ltd does not provide any warranties or support in respect of Hardware provided under this offer and we exclude any warranties express or implied by statute, common law or of any other kind.
  9. Any queries relating to hardware operation, faults etc should be directed back to the Hardware distributor in the first instance or alternatively the manufacturer.
  10. Accountstech Solutions Ltd reserves the right to replace quoted model offered with a similar specification without notice.
  11. Returned goods must be adequately and safely packaged in the original packaging. In respect of Hardware returns, this packaging should be pristine - unmarked and undamaged. All accessories supplied with the product (cables, software, manuals and accessories) must be returned. We can only refund return postage costs if a return is as a result of our error. Returned goods will be assessed and if the Goods have been used they will not be accepted as a return under the Distance Sales regulations and will be returned to you within 7 working days (this does not affect your statutory rights).
  12. Any cancellation of services or product within the 7 day policy will require return of all hardware and accessories as per clause 11 and 12 above.
  13. In addition to these terms of supply, our standard terms and condition of sale also apply.  Where these terms conflict with our standard terms, these terms shall be deemed to take priority.
